How VR Trend Magazine is made

VR Trend Magazine is a monthly review of virtual reality, mixed reality and spatial computing. Once a month we gather the stories that mattered and put them in one place, for people who need to know what is moving in the industry without following it every day.

Who publishes it

The magazine is a product of Techcopter, which builds industrial immersive technology: converting CAD for augmented and virtual reality, training crews, and analysing process hazards in 3D.

That means our publisher works in the industry this magazine reports on, and you should know it. Nothing corrects for that except method, so the ranking is mechanical, it counts how many outlets carry a story and nothing else, and every story links to the reporting it came from so you can go and check. Techcopter is not written about here, and its customers, partners and competitors get no different treatment from anyone else.

There is no advertising, no sponsored placement and no affiliate link anywhere on this site, and nothing in a briefing is paid for. If that ever changes it will be said on this page before it appears anywhere else.

How the briefing is written

Each issue is summarised with AI assistance from that reporting. Only facts that appear in the source material are used, every story links to where it came from, and rumours are labelled as rumours. An issue that comes out too thin is held back rather than published.

Pictures

Photographs come from Pexels and are credited under the picture. We never take images from the articles we link to, because those belong to the publications that made them. When no suitable photograph is found the page shows a plain dated plate instead of a misleading one.
